Trauma Informed Therapy
Trauma is a pervasive problem. It results from exposure to an incident or series of events that are emotionally disturbing or life-threatening with lasting adverse effects on the individual’s functioning and mental, physical, social, emotional, and/or spiritual well-being. I work from a number of evidence-based trauma informed approaches to help you move towards healing.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine is a breakthrough treatment that’s been able to fill some of the gaps in mental health. Currently, Ketamine is the only legal psychedelic medicine that can use in a clinical setting here in Utah. When coupled with therapeutic integration, Ketamine has shown to be helpful for the relief of treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma-related (PTSD) symptoms.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapeutic modality that involves the use of Ketamine with supportive and integrative psychotherapy. As a therapist trained and certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I will gently guide and support you through your work with Ketamine and help you integrate your experiences.

Synchronicities are moments of significance in our lives that ask us to momentarily break from auto-pilot and move into a higher consciousness. They are the coincidences and connections through which our spirit nudges us to pay attention. These experiences can be a glimpse into the patterns and deeper meaning in our lives.
The Flower of Life is a sacred geometry symbol in which all other geometric forms can be found within. If you look closely enough, many different forms and patterns become visible. It symbolizes creation and reminds us of the unity in everything: that we're all built from the same blueprint. The Flower of Life is seen as a visual representation of the interconnectedness of life and experiences.
